I'm just saying that, if you stopped a bunch of people on the street and asked them who our largest trading partner is, the plurality answer would be Canada -- and of those who didn't say Canada, some would have been including Canada in "us," which we tend to think is synonomous with North America.

I think everyone knows that. What no one knows ist that Canada is our largest foriegn oil supplier.
