Each time a mutation mutates, their is a 1:4 chance it will return to its original state.

I don't have the mathematical sophistication to analyze the probabilities, but it sounded a lot like the original analysis excluded the probability of original > something else > original.

From the second link, you said:

I just think that almost any mutation that can be expressed in a living creature can survive.

Penguins and flamingos say otherwise.

Hey Skipperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10798930502187234974noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32636283.post-36737831498848468862013-04-22T00:07:32.976-04:002013-04-22T00:07:32.976-04:00Joe: Basically, see any thread in which I called ...Joe: Basically, see any thread in which I called Darwin trivial, but for example see this thread and this thread.Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16902329503560660425noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32636283.post-63275605583000631862013-04-21T15:34:57.953-04:002013-04-21T15:34:57.953-04:00I don't -- what did Peter just win?I don't -- what did Peter just win?Joe Shropshirehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08517832990046570563noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32636283.post-42868694637542540712013-04-21T15:33:18.182-04:002013-04-21T15:33:18.182-04:00This comment has been removed by the author.Joe Shropshirehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08517832990046570563noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32636283.post-29876526955808675822013-04-17T18:11:08.582-04:002013-04-17T18:11:08.582-04:00Nice try, Skipper, but David and I have long memor...Nice try, Skipper, but David and I have long memories.Peterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15836910211382887430noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32636283.post-2012136879088990642013-04-16T01:01:36.338-04:002013-04-16T01:01:36.338-04:00Well, duh.
